How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on February 10 until 8:00 p.m. CT on February 18, 2018 (the “Art Raffle Period”), you may enter the Simunye Project Art Raffle (the “Art Raffle”) in any of the following ways: (i) online, by visiting the Simunye Project website (www.simunyeprojectus.org) (ii) in person, by attending the Simunye Project Annual Dessert Party on February 17, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT. All eligible entries received will be entered in the Art Raffle drawing. The Simunye Project is not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Art Raffle; inability to access the Websites; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing, typographical, human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, inaccurate, or any combination thereof. All Art Raffle ticket sales are final.
Winner Selection: Prizes will be selected at random on February 19 by the Raffle Administrators. Art will be numbered online and awarded in order of raffle tickets drawn.
Eligibility: This Art Raffle is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of December 31, 2017. This Art Raffle is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the U.S. and its territories, possessions, and commonwealths and where prohibited by law.
Prize Terms: Art Raffle Administrator’s decisions with respect to the Winner(s) and other matters pertaining to the Art Raffle shall be final and binding. By entering into the Art Raffle, each entrant consents to the use by Raffle Administrator entrant’s name for promotional purposes in any and all media (including online and social media announcements) now or hereafter known, throughout the universe in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
Prize Conditions: All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses, including shipping, associated with a prize are sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Art Raffle Administrator reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
Winner’s List: Beginning on or about April 19, 2018, you may obtain the name of the art winners by going to the Simunye Project Website (www.simunyeprojectus.org).
